Feeling Stressed?

By Munich, Germeny

Why is it when we feel stressed, we never give up. I am a 5th Year at Central Michigan University, I am studying to be a Certified Public Accountant, I also take Information System classes, and Gender Studies classes. I would say I have a tough major, but so do a lot of people. Somehow every time I’m stressed I become more motivated I work/study from 8 am – 10 pm and only take a break for food and the occasional snapchat. Then by the end of the month I am broke, tired, and weigh 20 more pounds I have cracked. But still I don’t give up I create more stress trying to fix the new problems and stress from homework.

In my math class on Monday he suggested if a person with a $ 20,000 a year salary took $250 a month and put that towards retirement they could retire with 1.5 million dollars. INSANE. $20,000 a year is basically garbage, but he explained if that person stops a bad habit like smoking he easily could afford $250 a month.

If you can afford to cut one bad habit like stress out of you life you could live a better life would you? Start by tackling something small, stop looking at the goal and start looking at the tasks.
